I started dealing with real estate in a non-classical way 16 years ago, as a little,at a company with foreign interests, which I had to manage its own real estate portfolio.
This included operation, leasing for both long and short term and sales.In addition, one of my tasks was to look for properties with a good yield suitable for investment in the portfolio of the company group in the most diverse categories.
For a short time,life took me in a different direction, but a few years later I returned to a similar company, where my duties were the same as before, but the portfolio included Hungarian real estate.
This is why I started partnering with the local offices, with I have been working together for almost 10 years, both in sales and rentals in our most diverse volumes.
I specifically dealt with higher value properties and acquired the highest knowledge of the market in this area.
In the meantime, as a project manager, I learned to do municipal image permits, administration of occupancy permits, and I was lucky enough to learn everything up to the smaller hotel management.
I learned the real estate profession from all aspects, down to the smallest detail, so when I recommend or look for something for a client, I can look at it with a professional eye, in all respects.
Finally over the years, precisely for these reasons,
I had my own team, with whom we carried out various constructions with our amazing interior architect partners until the turnkey handover.
But sales always remain at the center for me.
This is how GRG grew out of 10 years of work, lots of experience gained on a daily basis and a fantastically good team, which I can proudly say I dreamed up.
